Customers who purchase refundable fares are entitled to a full refund within 24 hours of their purchase, as per British airways cancellation policy. After the cancellation fee has been deducted and the 24-hour window has passed, a refund will be given. The only part of non-refundable fares that gets reimbursed is the tax; YQ will not. If the passengers have a combination of refundable and non-refundable rates, the strictest criteria will be used, and such tickets will be labelled as non-refundable.
