She breaks up with him but he continues to pursue her relentlessly. Meanwhile, Tommy gets mixed up with some criminals and winds up owing them a large sum of money. Jack tries to help Tommy out by giving him a job at his dealership but Tommy quickly proves that he is not cut out for salesmanship.
When the criminals come looking for Tommy, they kidnap Ralph instead thinking she knows where he is hiding out. They demand $50,000 for her return which neither Jack nor Tommy have access to so they turn to Al Czervik for help since he seems to have deep pockets these days..Al agrees on one condition: that they help him pull off a major business deal involving used cars which requires going undercover at another dealership posing as customers in order gain information about their practices.
. Things quickly go awry and all hell breaks loose leading to a climactic showdown between Al ,Jack ,Tommy ,and the criminals .
