The couple publicly announced their relationship in 1997 and remained together until 2000 when they broke up. In 2001, Heche made headlines when she married Coleman “Coley” Laffoon, a cameraman whom she met while working on the film John Q (2002).

The couple had one child together before divorcing in 2007. Since then, Heche has continued to work as an actress in film and television.

Donald Joe “Don” Heche is an American actor and director. He is the older brother of actress Anne Heche. Heche was born in Aurora, Ohio, the son of Nancy (née Prickett) and Donald Joseph Heche Sr.

His father was of German descent and his mother had English ancestry. He has two sisters, Sharon Hoey and Danae Heche.[1] The family moved to Chicago Heights, Illinois when he was a child.[2]
