If you follow food blogs, then you’ve probably heard of Alex from the Food Babies. She’s a popular food blogger who writes about her experiences as a mother and a foodie. I had the chance to interview her recently, and here’s what she had to say about her blog, her life, and her love of food.
Alex started her blog when she was pregnant with her first child. She wanted to document her journey as a new mother, and also share recipes and tips for other parents who were looking for healthy, homemade baby food options. Her blog quickly gained popularity, and today she has thousands of followers from all over the world.
When asked about her favorite part of blogging, Alex said that she loves being able to connect with other parents and help them out with their own journey into parenthood. She also enjoys sharing recipes and tips on how to make healthy, homemade baby food. “It’s so rewarding to see parents trying out my recipes and getting good results,” she said.
My name is Alex and I am the proud mother of two food babies. For those of you who don’t know, a food baby is what happens when you eat too much and your stomach expands like a balloon. I can tell you from experience that they are not comfortable!
I remember the first time it happened to me. I was at a family barbecue and we were all indulging in some delicious pulled pork sandwiches. Suddenly, I started to feel really full and bloated. My stomach felt like it was about to burst!
I unbuttoned my jeans and tried to take deep breaths but it didn’t help. Eventually, I had to call it quits and go lie down. These days, I’m a little more careful about how much I eat.
But even still, every now and then I end up with a food baby. It’s just something that happens when you love food as much as I do!

Who is in the Food Babies?
There are a few different types of food babies. The most common type is the one where people overeat and their stomachs expand, making them look like they’re pregnant. This is usually just a temporary condition and goes away after a little while.
Another type of food baby is when people eat too much unhealthy food and it starts to show in their weight. This can be a more serious problem if it’s not dealt with properly. Finally, there are some people who have trouble digesting certain foods, which can cause them to bloat up and look like they have a food baby even though they don’t actually consume that much food.
My name is Alex and I run the blog Food Babies. I started this blog as a way to document my journey as a first-time mother who is also a professional chef.
Since having my son, I’ve learned so much about cooking for babies and toddlers. I’ve also developed some great recipes that are both healthy and delicious. I hope you’ll follow along on my blog as I continue to share my tips and tricks for feeding your little ones!
